We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems or concerns with a purchase, please let us know. We will do our best to be sure you are satisfied.

Custom orders are non-refundable.  This includes reproducing an item we have previously sold.  We are sure that you understand why.

We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear.

If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. All products returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% re-stocking fee) will be provided only if the item has no signs of wear and tear and is in saleable condition. (Please include a note with your order and include your name, address and why you are returning the item.)

If a product is defective or we make a mistake in shipping you the wrong item (has only happened twice in 15 years), we will pay the shipping to return.  We will replace the defective item at no cost to you.
