We want your shopping experience to be wonderful! We have so many unique, vintage, antique and custom one-of-a-kinds we know that they will delight you. We inspect them carefully and will describe them to our absolute best. The antique and vintage items will almost inevitably have the character that only time can give them. Because of this and the nature of our other items, all sales are final and nonrefundable. So please feel absolutely free to ask questions. We would love to hear from you and get to know you as well! Broken China Jewelry & Photo Charms are so special that we will go above and beyond to keep them in heirloom condition. If you ever have any problem with your precious piece of art, and it is repairable, please send it back to us. Wrap it carefully and send it first class along with $3 for return postage (please note that repairs to a sterling bail will have an additional $5 charge). Please e-mail us if you are unsure as to its repairability or cost at customerservice@roseblossomcottage.com.

Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We gladly accept major credit cards. Money orders and personal checks are welcome (Please allow 10 working days for checks to clear). They should be made out to Rose Blossom Cottage.

Shipping
We ship most items with USPS or UPS insured. Larger items will be handled through Fed Ex, or UPS and will have a small additional shipping fee. We ship as quickly as possible but please allow 10 working days for custom orders and longer on large custom orders. Please let us know what your needs are.
PLEASE NOTE: Because we do have small items that will ship a bit less expensively than most items we offer, WE GLADLY REFUND EXCESS SHIPPING. Rest assured that we do our best to give you the best shopping experience we can.

Jewelry is a flat rate of $6.75 no matter how many pieces are ordered. In order to be able to do this, we must ask that no other items other than jewelry items be in the order as the flat rate mailer is very limited in size.

$50 to $99.99 is $14.95
$100 to $199.99 is $18.95
$200 & up is $19.95

We take an enormous amount of pride in our work. The jewelry we offer is made by skilled artisans and is fine jewelry. Our findings are Sterling from the jump rings to the headpins are Sterling silver unless otherwise noted in the listing.
