General Policy
We want your shopping experience to be wonderful! We have so many unique, vintage, antique and custom one-of-a-kinds we know that they will delight you. We inspect them carefully and will describe them to our absolute best. The antique and vintage items will almost inevitably have the character that only time can give them. Because of this and the nature of our other items, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
Items that we agree to take back will have costs we incurred for shipping and insurance deducted from the refund. You must contact us first and ship back in resale-able condition at your own expense.
Custom work is nonrefundable under all circumstances. We work hard and usually send approval pics, so it should not be an issue. We appreciate your understanding.

Broken
China Jewelry & Photo Charms are so special that we will go above
and beyond to keep them in heirloom condition. If you ever have any
problem with your precious piece of art, and it is repairable, please
send it back to us. Wrap it carefully and send it first class along with
$3 for return postage (please note that repairs to a sterling bail will
have an additional $5 charge). It is wise to insure it since we cannot
reasonably assure you that it will arrive to us. Please e-mail us if you
are unsure as to its repairability or cost at
customerservice@roseblossomcottage.com.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We gladly accept major credit cards. Money orders and personal checks are welcome (Please allow 10 working days for checks to clear). They should be made out to Rose Blossom Cottage.
Our payment address is:All items not paid for within 7 days will be offered for general sale. Please contact us if you have any special needs or would like to arrange for layaway.

Layaway with a non-refundable 25% down payment. Upon receipt, we will put your items on hold while you make weekly or monthly payments (all orders are to be paid for within 60 days of the down payment. Nonpayment will result in items being returned to stock.
