Back is fully enclosed in Sterling silver and softly embossed in a floral pattern.

About 1 3/4" from top of the bail to the bottom. About 1 1/4" wide.

Comes with an 18" Sterling silver feminine chain. Would look lovely with a rolo chain (small additional charge).
