Q: Is it possible to get a 24" chain? I have a thick neck.

Hello Lauralynn! Our chains are just included as a courtesy so they can be put on right out of the box. So the 18" chains are free with the purchase. Our chains are usually from Italy and we can't compete with the prices from the big box stores. For that reason, we do not carry much of a line.

We also include oversized jumprings and bails on our pieces so that they can be slid onto a chain you already may own.
