Custom set in our studio in a sterling silver setting. Back is fully enclosed with sterling so no dirt or debris accumulate.
Freshwater Pearl flower was handcrafted in sterling as well.

Porcelain is about 1" with another 1/2" drop. About 1 1/4" wide.
