A sweet classic with an Easter twist!
Kids young and old will love these.
Super for gatherings.

- 5 cusps of Rice Krispies
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil or butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups of mini candy eggs
Grease a 12 cup cupcake pan. Set aside.
Put your marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 25-30 seconds. Stir well, and repeat heating as needed.
Add the melted coconut oil *or butter).and vanilla extract to the marshmallows and stir well.
Add the rice cereal cup at a time, gently folding it into the marshmallow mixture, until all of the cereal is incorporated.
Scoop heaping 1/4 cup portions of the rice krispie treats into the prepared muffin tray.
Wet your fingers and form a cup shape (shape of a nest).
Put in the fridge for 2 hours to set. Then pop them out (you may have to use a butter knife to help them out.)
Fill with your "eggs"...chocolate, jelly beans, small malt eggs.
