Center is a gorgeous ornate Sterling little hearts medallion with a little flower in the center.

Custom set in a Sterling setting.

Back is fully enclosed and softly embossed with a floral pattern.

Suspended it from an ornate bail. Back is fully enclosed to prevent dirt and debris accumulating.
